Daria DiTorro

Daria is a results-oriented Technology Consultant with extensive experience in the financial, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries, excelling in various agile roles, including Product Owner, Product Analyst, and Scrum Master. She brings strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, empowering to effectively drive product vision and strategy. Proven track record in identifying organizational needs and developing best practices, successfully guiding products from concept to launch while managing system integrations and upgrades. Multi-faceted with a "can do" attitude and exceptional communication skills, she is often recognized as the "idea" woman for innovative solutions to complex challenges. Her consultative and collaborative management approach has been pivotal to her success in delivering value to stakeholders.

Daria enjoys reading, skiing and practicing yoga, finding joy in each of these passions.

Mary Ellen Glenn

Mary Ellen Glenn has over thirty-five years of experience in the information technology field including business analysis, project management, enterprise architecture, quality assurance and computer programming. She is employed by Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (US).

Mary Ellen has been a member of the IIBA since 2011 and previously served on the IIBA Philadelphia Chapter Board of Directors as the VP of Programs and VP of Marketing & Membership Development. Mary Ellen lives in Chalfont with her family and enjoys playing tennis

Chinaemerem Daniel

Chinae as she is fondly known, has over 9 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, and data-driven decision-making, is passionate about creating engaging, impactful experiences for IIBA members and building a vibrant professional community. She brings a strong background in consulting, customer experience strategy, fraud prevention; particularly in developing inclusive digital solutions for older adults. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and several certifications, including CBDA and CISSP. She is also a published author and an advocate for ethical, human-centered innovation. In her role at IIBA, Chinae is focused on curating high-value events, fostering member engagement, and building learning opportunities that inspire both new and seasoned professionals. Her leadership style is collaborative, energetic, and rooted in making sure every voice has a seat at the table. Outside of IIBA, Chinae is employed at Comcast working as Senior Analyst, Strategy& Planning and a community educator.

Narayanan Bhoopalaretnam (David)

David is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Certified Product Owner with over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, spanning Property, Casualty, and Life operations. He specializes in translating complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions. With master’s degrees in Business Administration, Commerce, and Computer Applications, David has led initiatives in enterprise modernization, process improvement, data and business analytics, and systems delivery. Marc deGuzman

Marc deGuzmán is a change management consultant at Atlantic Management Group. Marc helps people learn, think, and work with agility. He leverages the Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) and Product Ownership Analysis Certification (IIBA-CPOA) to facilitate lightweight collaboration, holistic strategy, and talent-driven change. Marc received a MA in Instructional Systems Development from University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a BS in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College.

Sherlin Narayanan

Sherlin Narayanan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from New York University. She has strong experience in multiple programming languages and brings proven leadership skills through her involvement on the executive boards of organizations such as FBLA and the Association for Computing Machinery. Sherlin has co-authored and published a research paper in the International Journal of Management & Applied Science focused on machine learning algorithms. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Computer Science and Biology from Rider University, New Jersey.

Lesley Della Pietra

Lesley Della Pietra is a Technical Business Analyst at CableLabs with over 18 years of experience in the cable and telecommunications industry. She began her career at SCTE, where she developed expertise in elicitation and stakeholder engagement. Lesley specializes in IT operations support, systems and business analysis, and data governance, with a strong focus on integrating software solutions and aligning technology with business objectives. She holds the Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) and serves as Co-Treasurer for the IIBA Philadelphia Chapter. Lesley is also a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and a board member of Soroptimist International of Phoenixville, where she applies her business analysis skills to empower women and girls to achieve their full potential. Outside of work, Lesley enjoys hiking and biking with her husband, running, and spending time with her two cats.
