Lorraine Wilson

Lorraine Wilson has worked in many fascinating business areas, including publishing royalties, credit card, strategic systems planning for an electric and gas utility, underground tanks, international currency settlement, medical appliances, and IRS business rules.

Lorraine has a BA in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University. She also attended the Wharton Management Program, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Most of Lorraine's on-the-job training was from the originators of the technology, for example, by IBM for DB2, Sybase, Rose Corporation for object oriented design, Ron Ross for business rules, and Barbara Von Halle for decision models. Lorraine particularly enjoys researching and analyzing new business areas

Mary Ellen Glenn

Mary Ellen Glenn has over thirty-five years of experience in the information technology field including business analysis, project management, enterprise architecture, quality assurance and computer programming. She is employed by Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (US).

Mary Ellen has been a member of the IIBA since 2011 and previously served on the IIBA Philadelphia Chapter Board of Directors as the VP of Programs and VP of Marketing & Membership Development. Mary Ellen lives in Chalfont with her family and enjoys playing tennis

Glenn Hughes

Glenn Hughes is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) with proven experience in deploying and supporting Electronic Content Management Systems for the Life Sciences Industry. Glenn's background as a Senior Business Analyst includes implementing an EDMS at Teva Pharmaceuticals for submitting drug applications electronically to the FDA, and a Medical Imaging Archival system for Merck Inc. Glenn has also contributed subject matter to the Content Strategy Alliance’s handbook of tools, templates and best practices for content strategy practitioners.  He has been an actively involved with the IIBA Philadelphia Chapter since October 2008. Glenn holds an MBA from West Chester University, and an undergraduate degree from Temple University with a concentration in Computer Science.  Glenn lives in Wayne, PA with his wife and 3 children.

Narayanan Bhoopalaretnam (David)

David is a Certified Business Analysis Professional with 30 years’ combined experience in both Property, Casualty and Life Insurance Industry. He currently works in the insurance industry as a Functional Analysis and Process Advisor. With his three Masters in Business Administration, Commerce and Computer Applications, he brings with him a vast experience in requirements management, enterprise solutions, Process analytics, data analysis, process improvements, software development, delivery and most importantly successful collaborations creating win-win outcomes. Some of his domain & specialized certifications include CPCU, FLMI, FIII, AIC, API, AU, AAC, CPOA, PSPO, SAFE 6 Scrum.

Marc deGuzman

Marc deGuzmán is a training and development consultant at Atlantic Management Group. Marc helps people learn, think, and work with agility. He leverages the Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) and Product Ownership Analysis Certification (IIBA-CPOA) to facilitate lightweight collaboration, holistic strategy, and talent-driven change. Marc received a MA in Instructional Systems Development from University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a BS in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College.

Sherlin Narayanan

Sherlin Narayanan is a graduate student completing her masters in computer engineering at New York University. She holds experience in computer languages, and has previous leadership experience working on the executive board of various organizations, such as FBLA and the Association of Computing Machinery. Sherlin has co-authored and published a paper for the International Journal of Management & Applied Science for research on machine learning algorithms. Sherlin received her BS, double majoring in Computer Science and Biology at Rider University, NJ.

Dominic Muriungi

Dominic Muriungi is a graduate student at the University of Delaware, pursuing Business Analytics and Information Management. He has over five years of experience in the financial industry and is a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, which recognizes outstanding academic and research excellence. He has held various leadership roles in university graduate associations and is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). As a researcher and a member of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), his interests focus on Artificial Intelligence and Information Systems. He had co-authored and submitted a research paper on AI adoption for the 2025 AMCIS conference. He holds a BS Honors, in Economics and Statistics from Chuka University, Kenya.

Peter Ndagi

Peter Ndagi is a graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics and Information Management at the University of Delaware. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has over a decade of experience in business analytics and accounting, with expertise spanning banking, healthcare, and higher education. Peter has demonstrated strong leadership skills, having served as the Organizing Secretary of the Student Executive Union at Kisii University. He is an active member of the Association of Information Systems and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. At the University of Delaware, he has contributed to student governance as the Vice President (Events Planning) of the BAIM Graduate Student Association and as a member of the International Student Advisory Committee. Currently, Peter is co-authoring a research paper on artificial intelligence in higher education, reflecting his passion for the intersection of technology and learning. He also brings experience in digital marketing, leveraging strategic initiatives to enhance the visibility of IIBA Philadelphia Chapter activities.
