Speaker Bio
Alan Mallory is an international speaker, author, and performance coach passionate about helping others reach new heights. With a background in engineering from Queen’s University and psychology from Adler University, he combines practical strategies with insights into human behavior to tackle both external and internal challenges. A world-record holder from his family’s ascent of Mount Everest, Alan has also conquered personal ‘Everests,’ including overcoming anxiety, depression, and social phobia. His journey of self-discovery fuels his passion for mental health, emotional intelligence, and empowering individuals to thrive in relationships and results-driven environments.
