Tom Tomasovic is a Business Analysis instructor, trainer, and IIBA certification educator. Leveraging more than ten years of software development experience, Tom has spent the past fifteen years helping BAs develop practical, real-world skills and reinforcing their certification goals. He holds six IIBA certifications — CBAP, CBDA, AAC, CCA, CPOA, and ECBA — and has taught preparation courses for ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, CBDA, and AAC candidates, in addition to standard BA skills development.
Tom specializes in making BA training interactive and realistic. His current work focuses on AI-powered tools that let BAs practice elicitation, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking under realistic pressure — skills that traditional training rarely exercises before the real world does. He is the creator of Digital Tom, an AI coaching assistant, and the Ohio Valley Vineyards virtual stakeholder ecosystem — a “Living Case Study” used in his sessions and courses.
